The Long Beach Community Business Network is a non-profit organization that exists solely for the benefit of its membership as well as the entire gay and lesbian business and professional community. We are the gay and lesbian Chamber of Commerce in Long Beach. Your GLBT Community at work!

Goals for the organization include the marketing and promotion of member businesses to the community as well as helping new businesses establish themselves in the area.

The National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce

The National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce is the business advocate and direct link between LGBT business owners, corporations, and government. The NGLCC was founded as the exclusive organization for certification of LGBT owned businesses, and works to foster mutually beneficial opportunities for small businesses and corporate members. The NGLCC represents the interests of more than 1.4 million LGBT businesses and entrepreneurs and is committed to forming a broad-based coalition of LGBT owned and friendly businesses, professionals, and students of business for the purpose of promoting economic growth and the prosperity of its members.

The LAGLCC promotes business networking among our members and within our community at large. This network fosters a sharing of information, ideas, contacts and product and services, and so strengthens and expands our businesses, careers and our community.

In a city characterized by congested freeways and increasing "disconnect," LAGLCC members are committed to supporting one another and building trusting relationships. With evening mixers, networking breakfasts, educational workshops, dinners, joint activities with other organizations, and community involvement, the LAGLCC strives to connect members of our community and unite them for success both personally and professionally.
